I picked up this eye cream about 6 months ago; I fancied purchasing an eye cream, but didn’t want to spend a lot of money. I saw this one in Boots. I like Simple as a brand as they focus on sensitive skin, therefore when I was thinking of purchasing I knew that I could trust what I was about to put on my face!

This eye cream was £7. You may think that it is still a lot but I doubt you can find one any cheaper. You only get 15ml in the tube, but this one has literally lasted me 6 months and I’ve used it just about every day morning and night. – im just about at empty, the tube is like a tardis. Dont worry its on my list of things to re-purchase.

Simple state on the packaging that this cream fights premature ageing, and also revitalises and regenerates the skin under the eyes. I would 100% agree with this statement. I feel that the skin is softer and plumper around my eyes and my dark circles have gone away. I used to layer a lot of concealer under my eyes to hide dark circles and now I don’t use half as much.

Application: I tend to use about half a pea size amount (yes that’s enough I promise), rub between two fingers then apply it under both eyes, then whatever’s left I run along my eye socket bone.

The product dries quickly (YAY) so in a morning I just put on eye cream, moisturiser (currently use Nivea/Liz Earle) and then I’m straight into my foundation application as by then everything is normally dry.

So basically if your wanting to try a new eye cream here is one that’s affordable and pretty darn good! – let me know if you agree.

Love,

Loved your review! I like products from Simple, I currently use their face wipes and their light moisturiser with added SPF. I’ve been looking for an eye cream and from your review it looks like it’s on my list!
