So, most of you will think Molton Brown = too expensive for me. HOWEVER this hand cream is an affordable luxury and worth every penny.

This post will go over my favourite 4 hand creams from this brand and why I think it would be worth it to treat either yourself, or a loved one.

Molton Brown is a luxury UK brand that originated in London. They state themselves as bath, body, and beauty connoisseurs and they aren’t wrong. Molton Brown is the brand that you need in your downstairs loo to impress guests, in your bathroom when you need to unwind and in your handbag to  make you look like an independent woman who only moisturises her palms with the only the best of hand creams (well thats what I think anyway). Trust me, when you offer this hand cream out everyone wants to use it.

Shopping in Molton Brown is also a luxury experience. The shop assistants all go out of their way to make you feel special. I think that this is a nice touch as it is a shop that could make people intimidated, however this is not the case. When you walk around the store there are wash basins where you can to try out any of the products before you buy. This is lovely as you feel like you’ve spent a bit of time making the perfect decision on what you would like. Then when you leave with your product you also smell beautiful!. Each product that you purchase is gift wrapped beautifully for free and placed in a ribboned bag. Also with every purchase you always receive 1 or more free samples of bubble bath or body lotion. I think this is a lovely touch making each customer feel special. Molton Brown are also in lots of department stores if you don’t have a dedicated store near you! p.s this is not sponsored by the way I just love Molton Brown!!

So lets get started. The Coco & Sandalwood Replenishing Hand Cream is the hand cream I currently have on my bedside table for morning and night moisture. The scent is coco which is one of my all time favourites, along with a fruity scent. This is a replenishing hand cream so your hands are left feeling super soft and smell of coco, what else could be better?! This hand cream has a scent for  young & old women.

Next up is the Delicious Rhubarb & Rose Hand Cream. This hand cream is currently in my hand bag for work. My Brother kindly got this for me as a birthday present (awww). This is a really strong and full scented hand cream. The rhubarb keeps hands healthy and rose keeps your hands moisturised. This is a great scent for spring/summer and add a pop of colour in your handbag. Trust me you get funny looks from the established seniors when you pull this out at work, but just play it cool like you’ve always had one in your handbag.

The Blossoming Honeysuckle & White Tea Hand Cream is next to discuss. This is the perfect gift for an older woman, such as your mum, aunty, grandma, friend or colleague. This hand cream is very feminine with its pretty lavender bottle. The fragrance is very subtle and the cream is very moisturising. I think this is a pretty everyday hand cream. It would look so perfect if you pulled it out your bag in the park or in a cute little cafe where you can have afternoon tea. My mum currently has this on her bedside table.

Finally! But not in last position is the new Dewy Lily of the Valley & Star Anise Hand Cream. This scent is inspired by Cornwall which made me get this hand cream and Cornwall is one of my favourite places on earth. The scent is very pure and floral, like a coastline kind of scent and the cream is very indulgent. This is the cream I would have in my weekend or holiday bag as a luxury item which is also a quality moisturiser. I also love the pastel green colour of the bottle. I love when new scents come out at Molton Brown as you can buy a whole load of products from bubble bath the reed diffusers in it. This means that your house can smell at good as you!

Application: I thought I’d show you how much of the hand cream I use so you can get your money’s worth. I don’t have the driest of hands but I use a 5p size amount for both hands twice a day. This hand cream will probably last me 4 months!

Altogether I think that Molton Brown have created a product that is an affordable luxury with a variety of scents to choose from. There is actually even more than the 4 I’ve shown you so go have a look! Let me know if you can recommend any other scents!

My mum loves this brand and I’ve always thought of it as being expensive. It’s good to know they do affordable items. I will have to bear it in mind for her birthday. Thanks for this! Jade x
