I was kindly contacted by The English Soap Company and asked if I would include a post on my blog all about their Vintage Wrapped Soaps. I accepted and received these two beautiful soaps a couple of days later in the post.

The English Soap Company are a small British business that make luxury soaps and candles in East Sussex. I love products made in Britain. Each soap is made from pure vegetable oil and Shea butter which results in a lovely, organic, natural product which gives nourishment to the skin when using it.

When the soaps arrived they smelt and looked amazing! I loved the vintage wrapped paper design and knew they would fit in my bathroom quite happily 😊. These soaps make your bathroom smell like a proper English parlour (or how I would imagine one to smell).

I received a Bluebell scented soap (the scent of a bluebell filled wood) not too strong and beautifully wrapped in blue and cream floral paper. I also received a Jasmine soap, which was a very light scented floral soap wrapped in cream and gold floral paper. Both of the scents are suited to me as I don’t like powerful pungent scents that are a bit overpowering and old. I also don’t like the smell of soap to linger on my hands for hours on end, both of these soaps left a delicate, floral, clean scent on my hands after washing.

I would recommend purchasing these two soaps as your first product from The English Soap Company. The Jasmine soap was my favourite of the two I received.

When you open the soaps they are wrapped again in a thin protective paper and then imprinted with the word ‘soap’  in big letters which I think is very cute! When you rinse your hands with the soap it doesn’t leave your hands feeling sticky like some bars of soap do. Your hands are left feeling silky smooth and clean. I would definitely recommend for people with sensitive and delicate skin types.

I think that these soaps appeal to women my age (23) and older. I would happily give them as a gift to one of my girls, my mum, grandma, auntie or colleague.  I gave these soaps a score of 7/10 as I knew that they would not appeal to everyone, but I think they actually make a unique gift. Not everyone enjoys opening bath and body bits; but i think they would be surprised and happy if they received one of these soaps! I think we should all try and support small beauty businesses that have fabulous products that need to be shouted about!

These products also give you the chance to go and get yourself a fabulous soap dish instead of having a gloopy hand soap on the side of your sink!

I’ve been surfing on-line greater than three hours these days, yet I
by no means discovered any interesting article like yours.
It’s lovely price sufficient for me. In my opinion, if all site owners
and bloggers made good content material as you probably did, the web will likely
be a lot more helpful than ever before.
